Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev said on the possibility of achieving the lowest inflation rate for the year for the last 25 years. He told about it in interview to the program “Sunday time” on channel one, a fragment of which was shown on Saturday.

Speaking of inflation and the rate of change, the Prime Minister stressed that the figure fell.

Earlier, on September 23, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that inflation by the end of 2016 will amount to 5.7%. The President stressed that the previous year was 12.9%, and the expectations for 2016 was about 5.9%.
