The FAS is preparing the reform of the deregulation of the gas market – Lead Economy

FAS has prepared a draft law on the principles of tariff regulation in the Russian Federation, and the government will consider it in the near future.

“In the Russian Federation have not appeared the basic law on the fundamentals of tariff regulation in Russia. We now write such a law. Such a law is prepared. Soon the government will begin hearings on this law. In fact, we are laying the basic Foundation of this law,” he said.

FAS expects that the law on the principles of tariff regulation will be adopted in 2017 and will take effect from 2018 “We expect that in 2017, it (the law – ed. ed.) will be adopted and from 2018 it will start to operate” – said Artemyev.
