Finance Ministry proposes to introduce a single criterion, the order of evaluation of the income and property of families or single people, as well as the persons related to the members of the family. This, according to the Finance Ministry, will increase the openness of government support. However, Deputy Finance Minister noted that these proposals are not yet reflected in the draft budget for the next three years.

“We believe that such work should be conducted to find an acceptable and agreed decisions. But in terms of a budget for 2017-2019, changes in this direction in budget projections is not provided,” — said Tatyana Nesterenko, in an interview to “Rossiyskaya Gazeta”.
