“AvtoVAZ” has introduced the mode of incomplete working week – Interfax

Moscow. 17 Oct. INTERFAX.RU – JSC “AVTOVAZ” has entered into the 4-day working week, shorter hours introduced until 19 February 2017, reported “Interfax” in the company.

Earlier it was reported that the decision to go from 17 October to 4-day work week “AVTOVAZ” adopted in connection with the continuing decline of the car market.

In 2016, the automaker has already introduced “the four-day week” – February 15, six months, partly of the production work in the three-day regime.

August 15, after leaving a corporate holiday, the company returned for 2 months to work in the mode of a 5-day working week. “AVTOVAZ” has stopped the conveyor from December 31 2015 to 17 January 2016 in connection with holidays and corporate holidays, from April 29 to may 9 for the period of may holidays, and from 25 July to 14 August in connection with a 3-week corporate vacation.
