Gagarinsky court of Moscow sentenced the son of Vice President Luciola Ruslan Shamsuarov, staged in the spring race with the police crews, to 300 hours of labor, the correspondent of RBC.

But it was considered unproven second part of the accusations and decided to consider article 318 of the criminal code unnecessarily imputed.

According to the case materials, the scandalous incident occurred on the night of may 22, 2016 — six crews of traffic police tried to catch up with Mercedes Gelandewagen without numbers who went with excess of speed.

As told in court by the police themselves, the chase represented a great danger for young people and for the guards.
