FAS and the Central Bank agreed to allow state employees to abandon the card “the World” in favor of cash from January next year. The transition to cards can already begin in July 2017.

According to Artemyev, the agreement already reached between FAS and the Central Bank. Discard the card will be 1 January 2018. “But in this case they will be able to get your money in cash only at the box office,” — said the head of the FAS waiver rules from the map.

Also, FAS and the Central Bank agreed on a mechanism whereby the pool of the Russian banks will serve the cards.
