According to him, the investigation of the criminal case represents particular complexity. “The case will hold a large volume of investigative actions. From the time of the crime, it took several years, which complicates the investigation. Yet to establish a significant range involved in the crime in Russia and abroad”, – he stressed.
In turn, the defendants and their counsel strongly objected to the extension of the arrest and asked them to elect another more lenient measure of restraint, such as bail or house arrest.

“In a criminal case there is no information on the bribe-taker, they are not installed, which already indicates the absence of event of a crime. Also no witnesses who have seen olkhovyk gave someone a bribe,” said one of the defenders of Olkhovyk.

“For five months a group of 11 investigators had not determined what it’s for officials of the Republic of Komi, on which our defendants gave bribes. Also not mentioned and the amount of bribes.
