Putin has accused Kiev in the desire to “blow money” from abroad

Vladimir Putin said that the deterioration of the situation in Donbas was started by the Ukrainian side. According to the President of Russia, Kiev did it because of the desire “to knock out” money from abroad, “exposing himself as the victim of aggression.”

The President added that he expects that “sane forces” in Ukraine will not develop the situation in the Donbass “under the worst scenario”.
