Deputy head of the Ministry of defense of Ukraine Igor Pavlovsky, commenting on the situation in Avdiivka, practically admitted that Kiev-controlled military carried out an offensive against the militia in the Donbass.

however, he declined to comment on the issue of withdrawal of heavy weapons from the contact line in the Donbass in line with Minsk agreements.

Earlier, Russia’s permanent representative to the OSCE Alexander Lukashevich said that the Ukrainian authorities consistently “meter by meter” implement the strategy

of capturing the “gray zone” along the line of contact in Donbas, and the country of the European Union ignore such actions of Kiev.
