ANKARA 10 Feb — RIA Novosti, Fedor Smirnov. Turkey sees a positive constructive attitude of the Russian officials in connection with the incident in the North of Syria, where the unintentional videoconferencing Russian airstrike Thursday killed three Turkish military, told RIA Novosti high-ranking Turkish military source in Ankara.

Earlier, the press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov has told RIA Novosti that the Russian leader Vladimir Putin expressed his condolences to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan in connection with the deaths of soldiers in Turkey due to unintentional impact videoconferencing.

“From the very first minutes after the tragedy, the leadership of the Turkish armed forces behaved very calmly, sensibly, did not act deliberately, dealing with how this all happened. Negotiations were held with Russian colleagues in coordination with the administrations of our President and Prime Minister. The deaths of our military has plunged us into great sorrow, we pray for the recovery of our wounded comrades. However, the actions and constructive position of the Russian officials immediately after the incident has been received by us positively,” — said the Agency interlocutor.

“the Positive development of Russian-Turkish relations is very important for both countries and the terms of peace in the region. Of course, this terrible tragedy has put both countries in a difficult position, but we hope that this will never happen again, and soon, the terrorist group ISIS (banned in Russia) will be completely purged from our region,” the source added.
