Scheffler enterprise registered in the Netherlands, Spirits International BV, included in the group SPI, offered to return all rights to trademarks or pay a daily fine of EUR 50 000, as well as every year in the amount of EUR 100 000.
If the company refuses to follow Sheflera court decision vodka brands will be banned for implementation in the Benelux countries.
