The law “On Territories of advancing socio-economic development (TOP) in the Russian Federation”, which was adopted at the end of last year, came into force on Monday. It defines the legal regime of the top, as well as measures of state and the order of activities in such areas. At the top there are special legal regime for the business and other activities . In particular, it provides for preferential rents, tax breaks, special regime of state and municipal control, etc.

In Primorye, planned to create a top five – “Nadezhda” (already approved by the Government of the Russian Federation), “St. Michael”, “Russian Island”, “Zarubino”, “petrochemical”. Experts are ready and sixth – a project to build a shipyard on the basis of “Far Eastern Plant” Zvezda “in Bolshoi Kamen.
The first stage of the engineering infrastructure TOR” Nadezhda “will be built by the end of 2017. After its introduction into operation here will be able to get started the first residents of the enterprise. The total area of 806 hectares will be top. The volume of attracted investments – 6,730,000,000 rubles for budget financing of 3.2 billion rubles. There will employ 1,630 people.
In a federal project included two top monotown Irkutsk region – Baikalsk and Shelehov. Industrial Park “Pribaikalskiy” should be one of the mechanisms of economic diversification Baikalsk in connection with the closing BPPP.
