Russian President Vladimir Putin decided to cancel the visit to Paris because of the “dropped out of the program” activities, reported the press Secretary of the Russian President, Dmitry Peskov.

Earlier Tuesday, a source in the administration of French President Francois Hollande told Reuters that Moscow had informed the administration of France on the postponement of the visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
