Named winner of the Nobel peace prize – Opinion

Colombian President Juan Manuel Santos won the Nobel peace prize 2016 “for the efforts to resolve the conflict in the country”, announced in Oslo by the Chairman of the Norwegian Nobel Committee Karin Cecille Kullman five.
