Earlier Tuesday, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the military pensioners do not fall under the law on a lump sum payment in the amount of 5 thousand rubles, which the authorities decided to replace the second indexation of pensions in 2016, still have to get the money. The President instructed the government to amend the bill and stressed that they must be made “promptly” to the beginning of the year military retirees have already been paid.
