Thursday, November 24, Khoroshevsky court of Moscow has refused to collect from the citizen Uzbekistan Gulchehra Babakulova compensation for material damages in the amount of 6.5 million rubles for the murder of four girls.
the court noted that the civil claim cannot be satisfied in a criminal case, as Bobokulov was exempted from criminal liability. Victims encouraged to seek redress by civil proceedings.
