Central Bank has revoked the licenses of three banks – Opinion

the Bank of Russia from November 18, revoked the license for banking operations of the Moscow OLMA-Bank, who held the 611-th place in the Russian banking system; before that, the Central Bank revoked the licenses of two other Russian banks.

“the Bank of Russia Order 18.11.2016 OD-4014 revoked the license for banking operations of the credit organization “Investment-commercial Bank “OLMA-Bank” (limited liability company), an investment and commercial Bank “OLMA-Bank” (LLC) (reg. No. 3250, Moscow) with 18.11.2016″, – stated in the message on the website of the Central Bank.

“the Decision to use extreme measures – the revocation of license for Bank operations – is accepted Bank of Russia in connection with default by the credit organisation of the Federal laws regulating Bank activity, and statutory acts of Bank of Russia”, – explained in the CBA.

“over the past year, the Bank “OLMA-Bank” (LLC) has repeatedly violated the banking legislation and statutory acts of Bank of Russia. Thus the credit organization made a decrease for three consecutive months, the amount of own funds (capital) below the minimum size of own means (capital)… Management and owners of credit institution had not taken effective measures to increase own funds (capital) of the Bank to the value specified by the Federal law in the amount of 300 million rubles, and was not made the decision to change the status of the Bank on the status of non-Bank credit organization”, – is spoken in the message.

According to statements by total assets of the Bank “OLMA-Bank” (LLC) on November 1, held the 611-th place in the Russian banking system.

Before that, the Bank of Russia from November 18, withdrew the license for banking operations of the Moscow Bank “Metropol”, which occupied the 377-th place in the Russian banking system and the National mortgage Bank (Bank of NZ, the city of Dolgoprudny), who held the 375-th place in the banking system of the country.
