A court in Kyiv region has refused to arrest former co-owner of Bank “the trust” – RIA Novosti

According to the newspaper “Observer” correspondent who was present at the hearing, the court explained its refusal by the “inability to confirm the identity of Yurova, since the number of his Cypriot passport does not match the number specified in the search card of the Interpol”. The publication notes that the court’s decision will enter into force on the expiry of the five-day period allotted for appeal. Until that time, Yurov will not be able to leave the Ukraine. The representative of court has told to the correspondent “Observer” that this decision will be appealed.
