The Moscow city Duma adopted amendments to a number of city laws on taxation – TASS

MOSCOW, November 23. /TASS/. Moscow city Duma deputies supported the amendments to a number of city laws in the field of taxation. This became known at session of city Parliament.

“Expanding the list of activities that are subject to patents, and establishing thereon an affordable cost will become another element of the support system for small business, which built the city”, – said the editor of the draft law, head of Department of economic policy and development of Moscow Maxim Reshetnikov.

the capital’s Parliament Approved changes include the release of the book-selling organizations from paying sales tax. This decision allows for treatment and bookselling business, which stated that the burden on the industry with the introduction of the sales tax increased. The exemption will benefit more than 200 outlets that sell printed products.

the Amendments introduce a differentiation of patent value on the lease of non-residential premises depending on the areas of the city, and the area of the premises: up to 100 sq. m, from 100 to 200 sqm, 200 to 300 sq. m, from 300 to 600 sq. m. in addition, a new type of patent for taxi drivers: it will be tied to a particular individual entrepreneur, not the car.

it is also Proposed to align the value of the patent for a retail audience and without the hall, while inside of a patent for trade for individual entrepreneurs it is proposed to allocate separately the implementation of trade through the machine (through vending machines). To trade via vending machines annual income approved in the amount of 330 thousand rubles., the cost of the patent will be 19 800 RUB. per year. Also the amendments introduce the indexation of the basic rate in respect of the 58 types of activities by patent on 10%, will save the cost of a patent for migrants at the current level.

Amendments to several laws in the field of taxation will come into force from 1 January 2017.
