the project envisages the budget deficit in 2017 at the level of 3.2% of GDP in 2018 and 2.2% of GDP in 2019 and 1.2% of GDP. So, the Communist party leader Gennady Zyuganov believes that the adopted in the first reading the document will only deepen the division of society. “This budget will inevitably lead to a political crisis. “Fair Russia” announced the development of its alternative draft budget, which, in their opinion, superior to the government version. “Our position is very negative. We will vote against…. Sections

According to the cost structure of the open part of the budget, on national defense are requested to send 1,021 trillion rubles in 2017, 948,3 billion in 2018, 941,2 billion in 2019.
