From 1 January 2015 Lithuania has moved to European currency – RBC

Lithuania joined the eurozone. The country became the 19th member of the monetary union. LTL Exchange – now former national currency – for new money will lead the Bank of Lithuania for free and without any restrictions on the amount and time.

It has population of about seven hundred already open exchange points. However, another two weeks in the course will be both currencies. But the change can only issue in euros. According to surveys, eurozone positive view about 60% of Lithuanians. The government with the transition to the new currency too high hopes.
