Each Russian citizen at birth will automatically open a personal account for individual pension savings (SNILS).
Such a bill, according to “Izvestia”, developed by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection.
Now this account is opened only at the request of a citizen. To do this, you need to self-refer to a territorial body of the Pension Fund of Russia in the place of registration, your passport and fill out the form. Children SNILS can get a legal representative (parent).
However, the Ministry of Labour proposes to simplify the procedure for obtaining SNILS, making it bezzayavitelnoy. If the bill is passed, the individual account is expected to open to all Russians automatically at birth on the basis of information from the registry offices.
It should be borne in mind that currently require the child SNILS inform all municipal preschools and schools. This is due to the fact that through SNILS, which is a unique identifier of a citizen in the state and municipal services, pass, including all subsidies on food and purchase textbooks.
