The Russian Foreign Ministry said Monday that a withdrawal of heavy weapons from the zone of conflict in Donbass can begin immediately if ready for Kiev.
President Vladimir Putin last Thursday sent a written message to the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko, which contained the plan, the parties offer the disqualification of heavy artillery. Putin offers the conflicting parties to take urgent measures to stop the mutual attacks, as well as immediate withdrawal of heavy weapons, “according to the actual passage of the contact line in accordance with the attached map”.
