Venezuelan President urged Washington to respectful attitude – BBC

Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro urged Washington to respectful treatment, said the publication El Universal .

He said this while shaking hands with US Vice President Joseph Biden. Their meeting took place at the inauguration of President Dilma Rousseff of Brazil.
