Among the confiscated journalists ‘ materials from the crash site Boeing 777 in the Donbass has been part of the human bone of one of the passengers of flight MH17. Such data, according to the public Prosecutor’s office, was received as a result of the forensic examination.

According to the Prosecutor, the judicial expertise Institute conducted a DNA test, confirmed that the bone fragment belonged to one of the passengers of flight whose identity has been established in 2014.
Prosecutors also noted that, according to the court, the actions of the police to seize journalists discovered fragments have been recognized as lawful.
“the Court investigating the case, decided that in view of the circumstances under which the journalist was not following the arrangements, the police did the right thing by withdrawing his materials exported from Ukraine, as well as the media, which, among other things, contained photos and videos”, — reads the statement of the Prosecutor’s office, posted on the Agency’s website.
the Journalist Stefan Beck, in turn, in an interview with RIA Novosti expressed his condolences to the relatives of passengers, whose remains were discovered by him and his colleague in the Donbass. “Our thoughts are with the friends and family of the deceased. Although we are not able to fully understand the pain that they caused this (the news — ed.)”, he said.
Beck said they hope for a quick reaction from the authorities. “The statement of the Dutch Prosecutor’s office confirms what we feared: human remains left at the crash site and the investigation was conducted negligently. We hope that work will start immediately,” — said the journalist.
