On the principle of “take-or-pay” Ukraine owes Gazprom more than $ 5 billion

In October 2014, Naftogaz filed a second lawsuit in the Stockholm arbitration court, having demanded from “Gazprom” compensation for the decrease in transit in the amount of $ 3.2 billion and another $ 3 billion for the low transit rate.
