MOSCOW, 1 Jan — RIA Novosti/Prime. Rates for transportation in reserved seat and General cars of trains of distant following from January 2017 indexed by 3.9%; in a compartment, SV and suites of trains, not included in the system of dynamic pricing — 5% should be the message of the FAS and the representative of the Federal passenger company (FPC, “daughter” RZD).

FPC lost income from the regulation of tariffs should be compensated by subsidies from the budget.

The FPC noted that in the deregulated segment of trains outside the system of dynamic pricing, is valid the schedule flexible tariff regulation — cost of travel increases or decreases depending on the calendar periods and the forecasted demand for passenger transport.
