About this newspaper “Vedomosti” with reference to the author of the study, Director of the Institute for transport Economics and transport policy, Higher school of Economics (HSE) Mikhail Blinkin at his.

According to him, the game is not worth the candle, given the administrative costs of the increase in fees system “Platon”, if to it to connect the trucks weighing between 3.5 and 12 tonnes will be insignificant, especially in comparison with the negative socio-political resonance.

The contract went to the Higher school of Economics.

Now the fees in the framework of the “Plato” levied on trucks weighing 12 tonnes and above.
