For violation of the ban assumed sanctions: the production and sale of alcoholic products in prohibited containers of officials will be punished with a fine from 100 to 200 thousand rubles. “with confiscation of subjects of an administrative offense or without it”; fines for legal entities will range from 300 to 500 thousand rubles with the possibility of confiscation.
