the Federal Antimonopoly service (FAS) initiated administrative proceedings at LLC “Lenovo (East Europe/Asia)” (division of Lenovo), and the company Superwave Group, which goes by the defendants in the case about a cartel on the auction of gas “Vybory”, the message on the website of the service.
According to the FAS, the company delayed the provision of the requested documents in a timely manner or provide them in full in the context of the inspection (violation of article 19.8 KoAP of the Russian Federation).
according to the report, Lenovo has already become systematic.
So, employees of the company on 17 November 2016 prevented the conduct of control activities during unscheduled service check.
“I Believe that this is not the last of the administrative case on this antitrust investigation. Currently solves a question on excitation of Affairs in relation to check the other persons”, — noted the head of Department for combating cartels Andrey Tenishev.
FAS reminds that the penalty for failure to submit or late submission to the Antimonopoly body information comes to 500 thousand rubles for each case.
