CNN announced the closure of the Anglo-American school in Moscow in response to the expulsion of Russian diplomats 35 of the United States. The school is operating since 1949 under the auspices of the embassies of USA, great Britain and Canada.

the Anglo-American school said that educates around 1,250 students from 60 countries. The school has about 150 teachers. CNN reports that the school teaches the children of many employees of embassies of the USA, Canada and UK.

Before the U.S. announced its intention to expel from Washington and San Francisco in 35 Russian diplomats in response to a hostile campaign against American diplomats in Moscow. Also the American authorities have decided to close for Russian officials access to two agencies in new York and Maryland used by the Russians for intelligence purposes.
