A Lithuanian court has obliged “Gazprom” to pay the country a fine of 35.6 million Euro tvnz

on Thursday, December 22, the chief administrative court Lithuania made a decision on the appeal “Gazprom” the reason imposed on him the penalty for refusing to sign with Lietuvos energija (now – Lietuvos energijos gamyba) agreement on the exchange of gas. “the Court made the final decision to oblige the Russian gas concern “Gazprom” Lithuania to pay a fine in the amount 35,561 million euros”, – quotes the local Agency BNS, the court’s ruling.
