In October 2015, the security Council of the Netherlands presented the first report on the possible causes of the crash Boeing. It argues that the plane was shot down by a missile “earth — air” with a warhead 9N314M of anti-aircraft missile complex “Buk”. However, the report does not specify by whom the plane was shot down.

a Week ago, “Novaya Gazeta” published on its website a document that “with high probability” can be the basis of the official reaction of Russia to results of investigation the Prosecutor’s office of the Netherlands on the crash of the Malaysian Boeing in the Donbass.
