As Medvedev said, if the parties do not extend the term of the agreement, will disappear legal grounds for further transit of natural gas through Ukrainian territory.
Shortly before that, the leader of Ukraine Poroshenko promised that gas from the Russian Federation will continue to flow through the Ukraine and at the end of 2019., while admitting the possibility of purchasing gas for Europe on Ukraine’s border with Russia.
