MOSCOW, Oct. 14 – RIA Novosti. China Exim Bank will provide Russian Agricultural Bank (RAB) credit line by $ 300 million to finance projects and trade contracts in agriculture, as well as investment in infrastructure development of agriculture, according to a press release of the Russian bank.
“In addition, loan funds may be used to finance projects related to cross-border trade in energy, machinery, electronics and high-tech equipment, as well as projects in the construction industry”, – added in the release.
On Monday, Vnesheconombank and VTB Bank entered into with the Export-Import Bank of China framework agreement involving lines of credit, and Agricultural Bank – an agreement to provide trade finance.
the United States and the EU previously imposed sanctions on Russian politicians, businessmen and companies, including restricted access to their capital markets, Russia’s largest financial institutions (Sberbank, VTB, Gazprombank, RAB and EBV).
