“Rosneft” and Novatek at this year’s general terms and under the existing projects will receive financial support from the National Welfare Fund (NWF). As told Finance Minister Anton Siluanov, the company came under Western sanctions and appealed for financial assistance to the Russian authorities.

He added that if they “Rosneft” and Novatek completed all the procedures required for the analysis of the projects, the money can get in this year. Siluanov stressed that so happens substitution shortfall of foreign loans, according to RIA Novosti.
