Attorney General’s Office filed a lawsuit for the return of state-owned shares “Bashneft”, which belong to AFK “Sistema”. This was reported by the official representative of the Prosecutor General of Russia Marina Gridneva.

According to her, “the Moscow arbitration court granted the application of the General Prosecutor’s Office, the interim measure and the arrest of the shares JSC “Bashneft”, owned by AFK “System” and ZAO “Sistema-Invest”.
