In Karelia came a new taxpayer
Stock Financial Corporation “Sistema” bought the company “Inveslesprom”. The transaction was completed on September 29, and now the company will be called “Lesinvest».
As the head of the RK Alexander Khudilainen, the transaction was preceded by long hard work. Transaction at the “Bank of Moscow” 100% interest in OOO “Woodworking – Project” and 100% of the assets of SPPM has been completed by an agreement reached in April 2014. Both are included in the asset holding «Investments».
– I met many times as with the leadership of “VTB Bank” and AFK “System” – he said. – The Republic has provided support and assistance to both sides to complete the transaction, and today we can thank them. We have received strong investor and major taxpayer. If before the company was registered in Moscow, then in accordance with the agreement signed in the fourth quarter “Lesinvest” becomes tax registration in the Republic of Karelia and in the national budget in 2015 revenues from its activities will already be taken into account.
