Tariffs on utility services for the population in the next three years will grow faster than inflation – such parameters are contained in the final version of the socio-economic development of Russia 2015- 2017. In July next year, they will be increased by 8.5% for electricity and heat, and 7.5% – for gas. Even greater rise Railways services: for the population and for business by 10% since January 1. The inverse effect of advancing the growth of tariffs for inflation, according to the ministry, will not be too significant, it is planned that in 2015 it will not exceed 5,5%.
Ministry of Economy published the final version of the socio-economic development for 2015-2017 years. Although the project has a three-year federal budget, which must be typeset in based on the parameters of the forecast, previously approved by the government, the Ministry of Economy has made certain adjustments to their estimates. As inflation will adjust Housing
Utility prices in Russia until 2018 should not grow faster than inflation, was charged in June, Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. The growth of electricity tariffs for network organizations will be lower (7.5% in 2015, 5.5% – in 2016 and 4.5% – in 2017). Given that the inflation forecast for 2014 is 7.5%, electricity prices for households will grow at a faster pace, while initially envisaged tariff indexation strictly within the rate of inflation.
Ahead in 2015 and will increase tariffs on heat – also 8.5% increase in July, but in 2016 growth will keep within the limits of the inflation of the previous year (5.5%), and in 2017 will be slightly lower (4.2%). Gas tariff for all categories of consumers will increase in the range of inflation: 7.5% in July 2015, by 5.5% in July 2016 and 4.5% for the population and 3.6% for business in July 2017- th.
Much in 2015 will increase tariffs for Russian Railways: from January 1, a 10% rise in price and freight and passenger transportation. In subsequent years, according to the forecast, the growth rates Railways should be well within the inflation.
At the same time, according to the document, the Ministry of Economy said that the reverse effect of advancing growth rates of inflation will not too significant, it forecast for 2015 increased just 5% to 5,5%.
Russians understand why prices are rising
