The Ministry of Finance, given the current state of the economy, has developed a new law relating directly to the budget for the current year. Already in the coming week, a new version of the law will be sent to the White House.
The budget has been rewritten, based on the forecasts of the crisis in the near future. First of all, the new law was designed taking into account the fall in oil prices almost doubled. Now a barrel of “black gold” is estimated at US $ 50.
Up to this point it was planned that the state will have an income at the end of the year just over 15 trillion rubles, but now this figure decreased to 12.5 trillion. It turns out that the budget will be deprived of about 2.5 billion rubles.
According to ftimes.ru, expenses were reduced by 1.1 trillion rubles after spending cuts of 10%. Earlier this year, the White House has taken a universal plan for directly reduce costs. So, the plan does not affect the costs that will be spent on agriculture, defense, and social obligations.
According to experts, only the Reserve Fund will be able in any way to hide the so-called hole in the state budget. Earlier it was reported that the Finance Ministry has been asked to spend money directly from the reserve. Presumably the amount of the provision would be spending 3 trillion rubles.
The Finance Ministry said that its development in the budget law in the White House, he will present March 4. On this basis, the law, since its managers through all persons will be officially adopted on April 1.
