Ulyukayev: Russia adapted to sanctions – BBC

Minister of Economic Development of Russia Alexei Ulyukayev said that Moscow has adapted to sanctions. The head of the department told the TV channel NTV, according to TASS .

«I believe that the adaptive period to the sanctions regime passed. We develop interesting investment projects related to import substitution, with the support of exports. And I think that the economy has adapted, “- said Ulyukayev.

According to him, in 2015 inflation in Russia is 10-11%, which is lower than in 2014.
