According to analysts, about 90 percent of communication networks in Russia is built on the imported telecommunications equipment. In April, the Ministry of Industry published a plan of import substitution, which includes 534 different devices, including smartphones, tablets, laptops, as well as telecommunications and peripheral equipment and electronic components.
