In Riga Summit concluded “Eastern Partnership” – RBC

The summit of “Eastern Partnership”, which was attended by heads of EU member states and six post-Soviet states ended in Riga. Reported Delfi.

According to local police, during the summit no significant incidents occurred, and all public events that took place near the “Castle of Light” – the venue of the summit, held peacefully.

The summit was held on 21 and 22 May. According to the results of the participating countries signed the declaration, which did not stop even disagreement on the Crimea. EU countries have agreed on how it will develop their cooperation with six former Soviet countries: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine.
