Russian Emergencies Ministry convoy carrying humanitarian aid to residents of Donbass has arrived in Donetsk and Lugansk, Interfax reported with reference to the representative of the department.
As noted in the MOE, currently in storage in the Donetsk and Lugansk begins unloading machines after the completion of which they are sent back.
