Russian Ministry of Health has denied rumors of a decrease in the cost of compulsory health insurance, said “RIA Novosti” January 8 Press Secretary Office Oleg Salagaev. He said that per capita financing norms basic CHI program increased in 2015 by 18.7% compared with the previous year. Mr. Salagaev said that envisages an increase in standards in volume and value of preventive medical care, the development of emergency care based clinics, improving interaction with stationary clinics agencies and entities ambulance. According to a representative of the Ministry of Health, will provide additional funding costs of medical organizations to provide high-tech care, not included in the basic benefits package, and will allow by 2017 to increase its volume by 1.5 times as compared to 2013, according to the president’s behalf.
