Central Bank revoked the license of a commercial bank in Moscow – Russian newspaper

In Russia was another one bank less – Central Bank revoked the license of Moscow commercial bank “Academic Russian bank” (AkademRusBank). This is stated in a report published today on the official website of the Central Bank.

The reason is the inability of managers and owners of the bank to take effective measures to normalize the credit institution and restore its financial situation due to liquidity problems.

Also, the Central Bank did not like that at the end of November 2014 the bank conducted in large volumes questionable transactions of customers to withdraw money abroad, as well as suspicious transactions with cash.

In terms of assets “AkademRusBank” on January 1, 2015 held the 642-th place in the Russian banking system.

Earlier morning the Central Bank revoked the license of one of the largest banks in the Irkutsk region – JSC “Your personal bank”. The reason is called poor management, leading to inability to perform its obligations as to the clientele and to the partners of a financial organization.
