The Central Bank of Russia revoked the license of a credit institution “Your Personal Bank” (VLBANK), according to TASS. The decision was made, in particular, due to the fact that the bank did not fulfill federal laws regulating banking activities, as well as regulations of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation.
In addition, the bank “conducted high-risk lending policies associated with the placement of cash funds in low-quality assets. ” VLBANK not ensure the timely fulfillment of obligations to creditors and depositors.
In accordance with the order of the Bank of Russia in VLBANK appointed interim administration. The powers of the executive bodies of the credit institution in accordance with federal laws suspended.
According to reports, in terms of assets VLBANK on January 1, 2015 held 504 in the banking system of the country.
