MOSCOW, January 23 – RIA Novosti. Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia took the throne after the death on Friday night at his brother, 90-year-old King Abdullah. Below is his biography.

Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud was born December 31, 1935 in Riyadh.

He was educated in the school of princes in Riyadh, where he studied religion and modern science.

He has awards of the United Nations, France, the Philippines, Morocco, Palestine, Bahrain, Yemen, Senegal, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
