According to the Deputy Minister of Communications and Mass Communications Mikhail Evraeva, “Russian Post” has signed trade agreements with the SNA and “Metropolis.” Thus, at the post office, you may receive products British American Tobacco, Philip Morris, Japan Tobacco International and Imperial Tobacco – Tobacco so-called “Big Four”.

At the disposal of “Mail of Russia” there are about 42 thousand branches, including those in remote locations. This trade in tobacco products will be carried out only in places where it is prescribed by law, – away from schools and children’s institutions.

In the “Mail of Russia” confirmed the conclusion of the trade agreement and specified that the cigarettes will be sold in 30 thousands of units. The company clarified that in urban offices in implementation of tobacco products is not necessary, so the sale will be carried out in rural areas and small towns.
