The Ministry of Economic Development of the Perm Territory held a meeting Council for the Development of competition. Among the issues discussed was the so-called “fourth antitrust Project” (the alleged changes in federal legislation designed FAS Russia). Innovations touch small and medium business, average annual turnover of not more than 800 million rubles. These companies will be exempted from antitrust audits.

This will allow to make transactions faster, and there is no threat to the requirements of the Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service in the Perm region.
